Readysheets.co (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by INNOVICY LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. INNOVICY LLC provides digital productivity tools, templates, and spreadsheets available for instant download after purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase any of our digital products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@Readysheets.co.
4. Product Purchases and Delivery
All Readysheets.co products are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.
Products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.
Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes such as VAT for EU customers.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address to receive their download links.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Readysheets.co, including but not limited to spreadsheets, templates, text, designs, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of INNOVICY LLC.
By purchasing a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with our License Agreement. Ownership of intellectual property remains with INNOVICY LLC.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, or resell our products.
Distribute or make them publicly available.
Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any product.
Share your account, files, or licenses with others.
Misrepresent your affiliation with Readysheets.co or INNOVICY LLC.
Use our products for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
All digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees that our products will meet your expectations, be error-free, or operate uninterrupted.
Our spreadsheets and templates are productivity tools and informational resources — not professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNOVICY LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INNOVICY LLC, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
12. Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall continue in full effect.
